HL Baazi — Terms & Conditions

1 General Information & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between HL Baazi and its users. HL Baazi is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any inconsistency, the Bengali version shall prevail. HL Baazi reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account on HL Baazi:

• You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration.
• Registration requires an active mobile number or email address.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• HL Baazi may request identity verification (KYC) at any time after account creation.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.

If any information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, HL Baazi reserves the right to forfeit any deposited balance and close the account.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to register and play on HL Baazi. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• A national ID or other valid identification may be requested for age verification.
• If a user's age is in doubt, the account will be temporarily suspended until valid proof of age is provided.
• Any account opened on behalf of a minor will also be considered void.

4 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply when making a deposit on HL Baazi:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits must be made only through registered payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• After a deposit, your balance is typically updated within 5–15 minutes.
• If a deposit has not been credited, please contact support with your payment reference number.
• HL Baazi reserves the right to investigate any suspicious deposits.

If a deposit is charged twice due to a technical issue, contact support within 24 hours with proof and the amount will be refunded.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals on HL Baazi:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

HL Baazi's bonus and promotional offers are governed by the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x).
• Bonuses not used within the specified period after activation will expire.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless permitted by a specific offer.
• If a withdrawal is requested before bonus conditions are met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

• Any attempt to fraudulently claim bonuses will result in account termination.

7 Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is placed in a live game, it cannot be changed.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be fully refunded.
• In the event of any dispute over game results, HL Baazi's decision is final and will be based on server log verification.
• In the event of a lost internet connection, the game outcome will be determined in accordance with the provider's rules.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Closure & Suspension
